REFUNDS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To do so please send an email to email@example.com writing "Returns + Your Order number" in the subject heading.
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition. To return the products please use appropriate packaging ensuring it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit and enclose the return delivery note with the parcel.
The products and their packaging must be in perfect and re-sellable condition, or a cost may be incurred to cover any product depreciation.
Please note that the shipping costs back to our warehouse are on the customer’s expense.
We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order (e.g. if you have paid by Visa, we will reimburse your Visa account).
Please note that due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment, refunds can take up to 14 days to be shown on your bank account. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.
