Delivery Details


  • SHIPPING to UK and Ireland:

    We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders that total £30 or more. For orders less than £30 a shipping cost of £3,99 will be charged.


    Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver tracked postage via Royal Mail to anywhere within the UK and Ireland. Royal Mail make every effort to deliver within 4 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.


    For shipments only to the UK we also offer the option of "Next Day" shipping for a cost of £6 (for orders received before 2.00 PM, it is a next business day not Saturday).



      We offer international shipments to the following countries:


      £9 for all orders


      France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

      £9 for Orders over 2 lbs.

      £11 for Orders up 2 lbs.


      Royal Mail make every effort to deliver within 7-12 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.


      International orders: The delivery charge depends of the delivery country, the charge will displayed at the checkout.

      International Customs & duties chargers: Rude Cosmetics is not responsible for taxes duties at the destination country in all cases the customer must to arrange with the local authorities the payment of those charges. The amount you pay is without VAT, any extra duties will be charged and collected locally as per that country or State’s local tax laws.

      You will receive email alerts and/or text updates with tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched. To track your order please enter your tracking number on Royal Mail Tracking.

      If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, the postman will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local post office you can collect it from.

We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability (In stock, Limited stock or Temporarily out of stock) and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email to arrange a full refund or replacement.
