Payment Terms

 

Please note that all prices listed are in Pounds. We accept payment with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

 

We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.

Prices may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Therefore, except as provided above, price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted.

The prices on the Website include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount.

Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before the products are despatched to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

 

Buying from Rude Cosmetics

 

As a user of our website you can add to your chart those products you like to buy. Once selected the products you will choose the payment and delivery methods. Before that, in order to place your order, you need to complete your personal information or log in with your user in case you had an account. Once you have completed your purchase you’ll receive an email with all the information about your order. If you use a free email server (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc.) this email may be at the Spam folders.

Note: we suggest to check this email in order to check that the all the information (payment, shipping etc) are correct) in order yo avoid delays with your order.

You do not have to register to buy in Rude Cosmetics, browse our web and add the products you would like to buy to your cart.  Once you have selected all your products you may check out choosing the desired payment and delivery method. To complete our order you will need to enter some personal information.

If you wish to register and set up an account to receive all the extra benefits such as our loyalty program please tick the box to set up an account – in future you will just need to log in to see all your account details, past orders, payment methods etc..

After your payment has been excepted you will receive confirmation of your order, please check that all the details are correct to avoid any delays with your order.  If you do not receive an email confirmation please check your spam folder. 

 

Typographical Errors

 

We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However in the event an item is shown with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed by receipt and your credit card charged. Color and size of items may appear differently since every computer monitor is set differently. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item that has been sold or is no longer available.

We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or user name is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence.
